1yr Blog Anniversary

In Uncategorized on August 23, 2009 at 5:51 pm

I’ve had my blog for 1 year 🙂 I hope everyone has enjoyed reading about our mostly boring life…lol. I thought I would update the background…since we’re approaching FALL! Fall is my favorite time/season of the year. I love the smells, the cooler weather, and most of all football is back!! 🙂
Not much has happened since I last blogged. I still have some bad days, like Friday…it was terrible. But my good days are starting to out-number the bad ones. I did finally get in to see my family Dr. I’m still waiting to hear from Tri-Care before I can schedule my first pre-natal appointment. The waiting is killing me!
In a few weeks I’m going to Disney World with my good friend Hailey. I’m super excited because I’ve never been. We are staying about 5 days and I do plan on riding the tea cups 🙂
Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend and has an even better week!! Love you all!

Boy or Girl??

Taylor and I found out last Friday that we were gonna have a baby!! I know most of the family knows and I haven’t posted it on Facebook/Myspace because I’m waiting for my first Dr.’s appointment. It’s scheduled for August 19th, still two weeks away…I hate this waiting. So I thought I would post here a quick update. So far I’m doing good. I’ve had a little morning sickness, or all day sickness as I like to call it. I’m having trouble making myself eat, just because nothing at all sounds good. By my calculations, I should be about 6wks pregnant, but I will find out for sure at my first appointment.
Taylor and I are both really excited. Taylor jokes he better not come down with sympathy sickness…lol. So far so good. So other than the occasional sick day, being really tired, and my skin is so dry and itchy…I’m doing great!! My only craving so far is grapes…can’t seem to get enough of them! We are just praying for a healthy baby (I know that sounds cliche, but it’s how we feel).
